Condolence: I had the privilege of working with Frank on the campaign to pass the seat belt law in Arizona when he was a client. He was a leader in a thoughtful, caring way that made him unforgettable. I especially appreciated how much he loved his family, and we often talked about his daughter and granddaughter whose photos held a prominent place in his office. I was fortunate to have known and worked with him, and learned a lot in the process.
